How to make a reservation
Processing your reservation
The reservation online is made in an easy and safe way in 4 steps.
- Select the accommodation and see result of the search
- Enter your data.Privacy Policy.
- Confirmation of the entered data. General conditions.
- Deposit payment of the reservation through secure gateway payment (La Caixa).
You will receive inmediateley an aknowledge receipt of your reservation and further a confirmation form with the received amount as deposit and the balance to be paid before your arrival.
The reservations made throuh our Call Center have a similar process explained properly.
Second payment.
The balance due has to be paid 7 days prior the arrival.( For individual houses, villas and country cottages 14 days prior the arrival).Payment made through secure gateway payment (La Caixa) using the password stated on the deposit form to enter in “Check my reservation”.
Once the payment is made, we will send you a voucher by email, with the requested services. A copy of your bill will be forwarded to you before your arrival. This is why we need all your data: Name and surname, address and passport number.
*The balance payment could be also done through bank transfer, debit card.(Visa , Mastercard). In case of payment by debit card you can give us all the card data authorising the payment of the due amount or you can use our secure server.
Only in the case of a bank transfer from abroad, 6 Euros extra will be charged per reservation, this amount to be added to the bill.

Cancellations.
Cancellations made 30 days prior to arrival, the deposit will be refunded, less 30 Euros corresponding to our management fees. Between 30 to 7 days prior to arrival, 20% of the total amount (individual houses, villas and country cottages, 50%). Less than 7 days, then 100% as cancellation fees.(14 days for individual houses, villas and country cottages)
Responsability
Viajes San Luis is acting as a mere intermediary between the clients and the requested services: hotels, apartments, chalets, etc. Viajes San Luis shall in no circumstances be responsible of the losses or deviations of luggage, thefts, damages or other accidents not related with the management of the Agency.
Claims:
Viajes San Luis will only process the claims realized during your stay in order to solve the problems inmediately.
