 Processing of the lodging reservation, cancellations and returns.

Conditions of the reservation.
The online reservations made through our Website implies the agreement by the client of the general conditions of the Website (General Conditions) and of the norms of the touristical law.

Cancelations.
The services included in the reservation and the final price are the ones specified in the confirmation of the reservation, type of lodging, number of persons, category, arrival and departure date.Any other extra service not mmentionned in the voucher will be paid cash at the establishment.

Returns.
The client must read the details of the reservation and advise of any change he wants as soon as possible in order to be able to proceed the modification if it is possible and if it is available.If not, the establishment could cancel the reservation.

 Cancelations

Realized 30 days prior the arrival, the deposit will be refunded less 30 Euros corresponding to our management fees. Between 30 to 7 days prior the arrival, 20% of the total amount (individual houses, villas and country cottages, 50%). Less than 7 days, the 100% as cancellation fees.(14 days for individual houses, villas and country cottages)

 Responsability

Viajes San Luis is acting as a mere intermediary between the clients and the requested services: hotels, apartments, chalets, etc. Viajes San Luis shall in no circumstances be responsible of the losses or deviations of luggage, thefts, damages or other accidents not related with the management of the Agency

 Reclamaciones

Viajes San Luis will only process the claims realized during your stay in order to solve the problems inmediately.
